- The ultimate multitasking combo! We'll hit the road for a 45 minute walk
(your pace) and coach as we go. You'll find that the added physical
component increases your openness, reduces resistance, and optimizes
your self care time. - 60 minute session includes an intro, 45 minute walk and 10 minute recap.

Commitment Programs
- Ready to make that big shift? Making a commitment to coaching is a great
way to promote lasting change and create the life of your dreams. - Commitment clients will receive email and phone support between sessions
as needed. - Sessions can be in person, walk and talk or by phone.
- 3 Hour Commitment - $233
- 6 Hour Commitment - $444
